How Do I Place An Order?

Purchasing prints from our online galleries can be done through any image page, by using the drop down menus beneath the image. Simply choose your desired print, medium and finished size, add the artwork to your cart and check out. The eCommerce structure of this website is safe, secured and processed through Stripe using the latest in financial security. 

Do You Offer Custom Sizes?

Yes, we offer custom sizes of any work found across our galleries. Please reach out to us directly to inquire about availability and costs. 

When Will I Receive My Print?

Our work requires three to five weeks to be produced and shipped. Often times, you will receive your order sooner but if you have strict deadlines you are trying to meet, please reach out to us directly to confirm they can be met. 

Do You Offer Limited Editions?

Yes! All of our work is produced as limited edition fine art photography

Are Your Fine Art Photography Prints Signed? 

Yes, all of our work is signed and numbered by the artist prior to shipping. 

Do You Offer Custom Framing?

Our paper, canvas and metal prints can all be framed externally with Fotiou Fine Mouldings and linen liners. 

Do You Accept Returns?

Due to every Scanlan image order being a custom order, a full refund will not be issued. If you wish to return a piece, you will be refunded your piece amount less return shipping and a 25% (of the purchase) re-stocking fee.

The piece must then be returned to us in selling condition. If damage has occurred in some way, we will, at our discretion, place a value of the damage done and any credit issued will be adjusted by the same amount. A return label will be provided.

Any returns requested 2 weeks after the delivery date or longer will be given a credit (less return shipping) towards the purchase of any image or product or combination of such.

What If My Print Is Damaged During Shipping?

In the unusual event of a damaged or incorrect order, call us at 712-242-7963, or e-mail us to inform us of the problem. Replace the product back into its original packing materials. We will then issue a call tag for the shipping company to come and retrieve your damaged or incorrect package. We will, in the meantime, reship your order as soon as possible.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

All exchanges must be received by us in re-sellable condition. If damage has occurred in some way, we will, at our discretion, place a value of the damage done and any credit issued will be adjusted by the same amount. A return label will be provided. Once your returned product is received, we will ship your new order as soon as possible.

      Order Below                          Seeing a photo of something as immense as these cliffs in the Algarve of Portugal is one thing, but as you gaze down and see the precipitous narrow steps you had to climb to reach your destination you get a sense of accomplishment which only makes the view even more gratifying. As your eyes wander up, the vibrant oranges and yellows of the rising sun illuminate the sky and paint the cliffs with a warm blush. It all makes you truly notice where you're standing and all you can do is soak in the view and hope that it lasts forever.
